Keramikpanorama

Since 2012, every two years at the beginning of September, the Pantschau has been transformed into an open-air exhibition that shows ceramics in all its diversity, from arts and crafts to contemporary design. Over 6,000 visitors marvel at the works of around 100 ceramists from Switzerland and abroad.

By the way, why is the event called Ceramic Panorama ?

Many Swiss people associate Murten with the Panorama, a 10x100 m painting of the Battle of Murten in 1476.
The panorama was displayed at the Expo 02 in a monolith designed by Jean Nouvel, 150 m from the banks of the Pantschau.
